[0.15.30] Double logistic request leads to confusion.

I've got a group of logistic bots stuck supplying/removing Red belt hovering around me, and they won't go away.
I've got 100 red belt on the bar, and another 100 in my bags. I've got a Logistics request for 100 belt, and an Auto Trash threshold of 200. There is ~295 red belt in the trash slots.
There are several bots hovering above my character, constantly taking and supplying me with red belt. Every now and then they go to the robotport to recharge, or a few dozen bots will switch places, but no mater what happens, there will always be bots hovering above me.
This initially happened with some mods active, but I've saved the game and reloaded without mods, removed all the bots in the air, and it started up again. I added the savegame.
