[15.16] Incorrect pollution increase info with productivity module

When Productivity module 2 is inserted into Assembly Machine 2 the pollution increases about 75%. Not 7.5%. Also another bug I encountered awhile ago is when a pole connecting all my power source was remove and power went to zero the graph history of power statistics was reset and lost.

It increases pollution from 2.4 to 4.128. The pollution is based on energy consumption, which was increased by 60%. Additionally to that, productivity module also increases pollution per unit of energy by 7.5%, so total pollution is 2.4 * 1.6 * 1.075 = 4.128.
