Recipe Completion Stalled

Not sure what's up with the highlighted assembly machine. It completes one Terminator and then stalls out. The inserter has a modular armor in hand but can't pick up a second laser turret. The bottom assembly machine works fine.

The inserter is trying to insert an additional armor, which it can not do as the damaged one inside does not allow it to stack. NaB.

How is the armour becoming damaged? It's coming straight from an assembly machine.

It is not damaged, but it is armor with equipment grid so it can't stack despite assembling machine allowing it for other items. It is limitation of the game engine which we don't plan to change.
Solution: replace the one inserter with two filter inserters
