.15.11 Can't barrel Sulfuric acid

When my eletric mining drill's finished harvesting the uranium ore I tried barreling the rest of the sulfuric acid but the pipes emptied and the mining drill's didn't go lower than 100 sulfuric acid each.

When I tried placing the assembling machine directly in touch with the mining drills it worked to some extent now the sulfuric acid inside the ones directly linked to mining drill with the assembling machine got down to 20.5

while the others (the ones that didn't touch )didn't got down even with pipes conecting them.

That's by design. It means the drills keep enough to operate in them but allow the rest to flow out to other drills/pipes.

If you lift the drill up then the remaining sulfuric acid will be pushed into adjacent mines/pipes. So if you pick them up in the correct order you are able to "push" the acid into the machine.
