[0.15.10] Zoom to map always shows everything without radar

When zooming from map you used to only see radar covered areas like in the normal game view. In 0.15.10 everything has the normal view when zoomed in past the threshold zoom level.

Do you have the debug option "render-zoom-to-world-outside-coverage" enabled? (Press F4).

That was it. To be fair it was not mentioned in the change log.

Because it's a debug option meant to help us (developers) debug stuff

That is a fair point, but the first entry of the changelog was
Added rail block debug visualization.
