You can earn achievments on steam with mods on. Not really a bug but still could lead to unscrupulous behaviour

If you load up a modded game you can earn and achievement in game like normal

If you then turn off mods and reload vanilla Factorio then it gives you the achievement in steam. I found out by accident when i started a vanilla run and suddenly earned about 15 achievements!!! Seems like it kept the backlog from 0.14

This is somewhat intended, there was some issue that some people used a mod for only a short time, and it would ruin their achievement runs,
So we decided that allowing some people to get achievements this way, was better than causing some players to not get the achievements they deserve
