train fluid condition is also missing stream icon / constant combinator as signal steam is missing and station dont read fluids from tank wagongs

Thanks for the report,

Because internally steam is actually just water,
There is no seperate fluid or fluid signal for steam

sooo train stations don't read fluid waggons contents, ok

i thought i'm too stupid for setting up the signals correctly, it's always 0 when there's a fluid waggon in the train station

This is a different issue, and we are in the process of fixing it
