graphics glitch in zoomed map view?

hello,

0.15.0:

i have a strange behavior on the map view. if i show the map and zoom in, at an certain level the map gets a kind of "grainy", i mean grain over the graphics. the map itself is correct rendered. it is the only graphics glitch i have in the game.
a screehsot is useless because it shows only on phase but the grain fluctuates/changes.

this problem doesn´t appear in the previous versions of factorio for me.

Thanks for the report,

The graininess is an intended feature,
It is to visually indicate that you are in the map view

no, i dont mean the block-graphics to show the schematics of the base/buildings. the graininess is very fine, i.e. 1 pixel pro "grain" and it only appears in high zoom levels on the map, not in all map-zoom levels.

here are 2 screenshots, the first without grain and teh second (one zoom level more) with this grain:

Yes, that graininess is supposed to be there. It's to give you the feeling of not directly seeing the world but seeing it like through some kind of "device" (Radar, etc.). You'll notice it's only visible if you zoom far enough in so that the map switches from map view to world view.
