[0.15.1] Bug - Boilers stop working when fuel type changed

In short: I had two boilers churning away with wood and I had power.

I replaced the wood with coal and the burners stopped working.

tried removing and replacing - no luck.

Exact steps:
Made a pump and placed it
Made two boilers and placed them in default orientation
attached some pipes to them.
Attached steam engine to end to see what would happen.
removed steam engine.
removed pipes
"R" Rotated both boilers so that steam exit points were 'down'
Attached steam engine.
Loaded Both boilers with wood.
Confirmed operation of power grid
walked to electric mining drill that was drilling coal
grabbed the coal
walked back to boilers.
put coal in (I don't remember if this was over the wood, or if I removed the wood first)
Boilers stopped working.

Boiler water input now in different location after rotating. It moved up one tile.

Ahh that totally makes sense, I remember reading it was a 2x3 grid now, understandable that the connection would need to be on one side or the other.

rotating it twice filled it with water for a brief bit.

I suspect replacing fuel must have caused some code loop to realize there was no water supply.

Thanks Everyone!

Note to board ops: this appears not to be a bug, should this post be deleted or moved to another location?

BugNote:
Also from a bug perspective - would it be possible to add code so that if a boiler is rotated, it empties of all water/steam? as you can see from the screenshot the boilers were rotated, then pipped, then connected to a steam engine, all of which worked - it was only when I refilled the fuel that things stopped.
From a playtesting perspective - would it have been better if I _never_ had power, so I would have looked at my connections (verses thinking the fuel change had something to do with it)?
