Curved Rails Do not Appear in the Craftables for 14.18

I was checking out the most recent update to the experimental build which is 0.14.18. I noticed upon loading up a world from 0.14.17 the curved rail item was missing completely. It appears the item has now been completely converted to straight rail even when picked up as curved rail. Is this a known issue. I noticed that nothing for 0.14.18 has been posted other than the change log so this may be the first.
