[0.13.3] Assembly machine lvl3 can be built by lvl1

knowing that assembly machines lvl1&2 can be built by lvl2 or higher, something's wrong.

AM 3 requires only 2 ingredients, so nothing wrong with that.

I don't understand what you're complaning about... are you saying that assembling machine 1 and 2 have to be built in assembling machine 2 or higher, yet assembling machine 3 can be built in an assembling machine 1?
This is all down to recipes, since it only requires 2 ingredients (assembling machine 2, and speed modules) it meets the "no more than 2 ingredients" requirements for assembling machine 1, where assembling machines 1 and 2 take 3 and 4 ingredients each, meaning they meet the assembling machine 2 requirements.

alright then it's legit, still it feels weird and confusing imo.
