[0.13.2] minor issue: Stack size of Radars, of Pumpjack

Maybe not a bug, but inconsistent:

In comparison to the number of uses and the stack size of e.g. locomotives (5), wagons (10?), chemical plants (10)

the stack size of Radars (50?) and Pumpjacks (20) seems way to high
