In most Alpha games, things like these are not just likely to change in each version, they're almost guaranteed. Any change to the terrain generation (which there were several of in 0.13) will cause old strings to generate different terrains. It's just the way this sort of thing works.

Unlikely to be considered a bug since the change log lists "Map generator algorithm changed, further resource field now have greater richness."
