Mini Map Has a Arrow Pointing to the east?

Not actually sure if it's an arrow or a mini texture of some sort that because it was scaled down it does not look correct but anyways it's annoying the crap out of me so I thought I give a report a bug a chance on this.
So as you can see it really does look like a direction facing arrow. I'm not in a vehicle, just standing there and yeah it does not change directions no matter where I look.

It is a dot.
It might be possible, that it looks like arrow to you, but it is just a dot

Seriously, have you even tried to look at the image? That's an ugly motherf... I mean dot.

The "dot" was probably originally a dot. But in the pixelation process it looks like it was shifted to the right too much. Or possibly the dot is too many pixels across to form into bigger pixels. Hence the "arrow"
