[2.0.23] Steam power achievement obtainable with turbine

I'm just being pedantic here, but this achievement clearly says you need to use "Steam Engines":

However, I obtained it by using steam
turbines.
(This occurred because I had deleted all my achievements, and then opened an existing save that was using turbines only).

I am going to throw this to Not a bug because i just do not care about those corner cases, it is like playing cat and mouse. One of the conditions is to have steam engines ever built and second is that you must have an electric network in which within last 60 minutes there was electricity produced by a steam engine. Just because you do not have any steam engines at this exact point in time does not make it not obtainable after all steam engines are removed. Also you did not provide any save files to verify if that is really the case.

Agreed. They waste developer time that is better spent in crashes, desyncs, save corruption, and performance issues.

I tested it, and you are right, there was no bug!
I could not get the achievement on a fresh save that never built any steam engines (but only steam turbines).
Then once I built an engine, got the achievement, deleted the engine, deleted my achievements, and reloaded my game. I got the achievement agine, despite no longer having any engines or turbines.
Very interesting, as other achievements don't seem to get 'remembered' when you delete your achievements.
