Cargo/Fluid wagons are silent for departing/travelling trains.

When a train is travelling, they make a "rolling sound" from the train's wheels rolling on the tracks. However, at least with headphones, it is annoyingly obvious that this sound is only played from a locomotive, while I expected to hear this sound from the cargo wagons attached to the train as well. Trains that are departing from a station are completely silent with the exception of the cargo wagon's doors closing. I've attached a video file as a demonstration.

PS: Not entirely certain this is bug or a design decision but considering trains in real life are far from silent I'm considering it as a bug. It is however, with 100% certainty, very annoying and distracting to have a train be silent...

Thanks for the report.
This is working as intended, pretty much all train sounds are dependent on the speed of the train.
When the train is leaving a stop it's too slow to play those sounds.
I can double check with the sound designer but this is "Not a bug" either way.

He will look at it at some point.

Thank you for looking into it. I've indeed noticed since posting this that the sound is only played at near max speed, but it would be nice to have a sound play from the moment they are moving instead of only at the highest speeds. Anyways, keep up the amazing work!

For the next release (2.0.25) the wagon sounds have been adjusted so they are no longer silent at low speeds, plus some additional tweaks in general.
