[2.0.23] All planets missing in surfaces menu in remote view

I've been playing through the Space Age DLC with friends and we noticed after getting to Vulcanus and Gleba, that only Nauvis and our space platforms were showing under the surfaces menu in remote view. We figured it was just mods we had enabled and it wasn't game breaking so we ignored it for a while, but after getting to Fulgora, Nauvis has disappeared as well in remote view. Disabling all mods did not fix the issue and while we understand it may have been a mod that broke the remote view, we would like to figure out how to get the planet surfaces back in the menu.
