[2.0.21] Landfill only Destruction Planner does not work as expected

How to reproduce

1. create a destruction planner that filters to only landfill tiles

2. destruct landfill with entity next to it

3. the entities will be removed instead of the landfills

4. I would expect in this case the landfills to be removed and leaves the entities alone

Thanks for the report however this is working correctly. You can look at the tooltip on the drop down to see how tile selection works.
