[2.0.21] Enabling "Electric networks" in map view results in major UPS drop

Showing "Electric networks" in the map view results in the UPS decreasing significantly. The attached screenshots show a decrease from about 41 to 23 UPS. This is surprising, since nothing was being constructed or deconstructed, so the network did not change between game ticks, and even if it did, these changes would have to be computed regardless of whether the cyan lines are shown. I would expect that showing the electric network incurs no noticeable performance penalty.

The rendering takes too much time which would otherwise be spent on game update. You could try the experimental version 2.0.23 which had some optimizations, but you seem to be pushing the limit.
