Add Info for Epic and Legendary Quality to Tips

Hi,
well this is not a technical bug, but I did not know where to post it instead.
There are four sections in Tips & Tricks (not sure what the correct english translation is) and NONE of them mentions that epic and legendary quality is NOT available without further research.
I am not happy with the fact that quality 1-3 is unlocked differently than 4-5, but I dont want to argue about this.
But you HAVE to write this info in the hints. I build a complete setup with filter, multiple machines, logic to create legendary items. After it had processed 10.000 items and i still did not have a single legendary object, i started doing the math, re-reading the hint section, redesigning my machine, creating an excel table, etc.
Until i found out that it is just not available and you do not even mention this! Instead all the texts are written like all the quality levels are just available!
