2. Add "Passenger present" wait condition
3. Make sure passenger is not present
4. Flip the selector to Automatic

Expected Result:
Ship does not leave

Actual result:
Ship blasts off for the stop

The Conditions control when the Space Platform will DEPART FROM the specified Destination.

If you want it to wait at the current Planet then you must add that as the first Destination ("Nauvis").

See attached image. I added Nauvis before and after Fulgora with "Passenger present" and it's still taking off for Fulgora despite no passenger being present.

Edit: it works if I delete everything and start over and have Nauvis as the first stop. That's annoying. It should be able to do it when I add it too. Like, I am stopped at Nauvis. I add the Passenger Present to Nauvis. Yet it seems to have a "memory" of Fulgora being the first stop in the loop, so I had to delete everything and start over. And because there's no copy/paste or anything for wait conditions, it's even more obnoxious having to recrate it from scratch.

Yes, Fulgora was the first stop you setup. Reordering the stops does not change the “internal index”, just the order.

Instead of using the Automatic/Paused thrust toggle, try using the “Play button” triangle next to the Stop name to send a Platform / Train to that stop directly.

If it was on the way to a scheduled stop but hasn't reached it, it will continue trying to reach that scheduled stop until it is directed to go to a different stop and reaches it. You have to both add a stop for the planet it is currently at and direct it to go to that stop on the schedule.
