[2.0.19] Removing or changing containers on space platforms, contained items disappear

What did you do?
I was moving my fusion reactor using the deconstruction planner, and a few turbo belts (which both contained fusion power cells) on my space platform.

What happened?
The items to build the reactor and turbo belts returned to the space platform hub, but the contained fusion power cells did not return to the hub, which in my case deleted around a stack of my fuel.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
I expected that the contained items would be returned to the hub, or if there was no space, drop the items on the platform in a way that they could be recovered. (I would expect that the same amount of items would be returned as when a bot deconstructs an exact copy of the building and internal contents on a planet)

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
I reproduced the behavior, and it appears that every time that any container (not counting cargo bays because they have special logic) is deconstructed or has its recipe changed on a space platform, it will delete its internal contents. This does not occur when deconstructing an item entity directly, such as from a inserter that is not outputting into anything, or when you click on the item in a container to remove it.

If you can reproduce the issue, provide the exact steps!
The steps to reproduce this bug are as follows: (for this example, there is no water connected to the assembler)
1: Have a space platform with some open space
2: Place a container and fill it with items (I used an assembling machine 3 (set to the fill water barrel recipe) filled with 10 empty barrels)
3: Deconstruct the building, cut the building or change the recipe.
4: No items (in this case empty barrels) are returned to the space platform hub.

There is an attached image of my setup with barrels (right) and other buildings (these are just the ones I tested, there are probably more) that this bug happens on (left).

Note: the image may be misleading about the barrels, if you deconstruct and then replace the assembler multiple times, you should see the barrels on the belt move closer to the assembler, indicating that there are less than there was originally.

Attached is also my log file (after the bug in my test world) and my saves before and after reproducing the bug in the test world.

Thanks for reporting this issue. At the moment, this behavior is intended (117004).
