[2.0.15] Auto request missing construction materials doesnt work

Picture above. Rocket send all items but skipped some that on base (tooltip says this).
If this is expected behavior (let's say it's done intentionally to prevent the player from sending 50 kg out of 1000 on a rocket) - this doesn't make sense because 1) we're playing a game with an infinite map 2) this rocket will be one hundredth of blueprint 3) we're playing a game about automation and now have to send some items manually? (what the hell?)

UPD: new custom request with *Custom minimum payload* can send items. *Auto request missing construction* should have such function (automatically, or as checkbox)

I'm not sure that it is a bug, but I certainly had the same problem:

1. The auto-request only sends any given item if a whole rocket can be filled with it — at first, I thought I was doing something wrong, as I wanted to send only the required resources to build the platform as fast as possible. The game also doesn't explain it anywhere (at least I haven't seen it).

2. The next thing I tried was to optimize the process myself, thinking that there is a "lazy way" and an "optimized way". But while it is possible to read orbital requests and load the rocket automatically, there's no way to send some kind of "launch" signal to the rocket silo (similar to Space Exploration), so you have to manually press the button every time (or I haven't found how to do it).
