Shouldn't Steel plates produce iron plates in the recycler, since that is the only ingredient?
Currently, the recycler just destroys most of it's steel plate input and sometimes returns another steel plate.

TLDR input = output, seems wrong to me.

Thanks for the report. This is working as intended. Not every item recycles into the ingredients used toe craft it - some recycle into themselves at a 25% return rate.
