[2.0.11][Linux] Galaxy Hall of Fame available on upgraded map when game not finished

What did I do ?
I opened the game (2.0.11 (build 79682 expansion, linux64)) and tried upgrading an old Factorio map.
Mods when map was created:
* base: 1.0.0
Mods when map was loaded:
* base 2.0.11
* squeak-through-2 0.1.1
* elevated-rails 2.0.11
* even-distribution 2.0.2
* flib 0.15.0
* quality 2.0.11
* textplates 0.7.1
* Milestones 1.4.1
* space-age 2.0.11
* StatsGui 1.6.0
I click on Single player then Load game then I pick my old save.
I get this message, I click on Load and fix, everything goes fine. My save loads properly.
What happened ?
When I open the escape menu I see the option to upload to the Galaxy of Fame even though I never touched any Space Age content on this save. Although I had already launched a rocket to space in this save.
(I haven't finished Space Age on any other save either).
What did you expect to happen instead ?
The option Galaxy Of Fame to not be available until I finish Space Age.
Does it happen always ?
Both times I tried, yes.
