[2.0.11] Rocket silo do not form requests for space platforms

Gentlemen (and ladies, if any),
am I stupid or am I stupid?

Space platform do have "Auto request missing construction materials" checkbox ticked.
Rocket silo do have "Automatic requests from space platforms" ticked.
Pants are on, zip is closed.... ahem... everything else, including steady supply of needed items being manufactured, is perfectly fine.

Space platform "Hellraiser" 100% DO need to request at least one rocket full of space platform foundations.
And maybe attempt to make a request for conveyor belts, since there are 99 belts in platform's inventory - but present belts are NOT enough to build everything.
But no request is formed in rocket silo (near player on save load).

Flicking checkboxes and fiddling with request groups did nothing of use.

I feel like a moron with a hangover. I'm 99% sure that I missed something hidden in plain sight, related to priority of shipments (which gave me a splitting headache with air-to-ground shipments yesterday).
But, still, is there, by any chance, a bug?

P. S.
Lack of request for conveyor belts is suspicious.
99 in inventory.
Tally counted by blueprint'ing whole thing shows that platform as a whole needs 148 belts.
Request for 49 belts where?

Thanks for the report. Automatic requests work only if you have enough stuff in logistic storage and a full rocket of each requested item type is sent individually. Not a bug.

If it is a duplicate, then it might fix itself once all the other requests are satisfied. But I can't say for sure if it's the same.

@Genhis, the notable part here is that it's not keeping track of the request for yellow belt in the platform at all

Do note that I've built designed whole thing from scratch.
And I'm 100% sure that at least one shipment was auto-made yesterday when I started first designing iteration.
(then removed everything including foundations and started planning whole thing from scratch AGAIN - and then bumped onto this bug)

Upd.
So, it's either "overproduce everything" or "fill rockets manually", eh?
Maybe I can synchronize platform request with some request group in my character requests somehow, to make "automatic" at least somewhat automatic?
Early game is painful enough already without keeping track of each needed shipment with pen and paper.

My suggestion is to add "grace period" of ~1m after which request for construction materials is sent "no matter what" -- or at least have such option in the settings.

Suggestions are in another castle :)
And from my personal experience with gamedev and IT as both user, supporter and a very shitty analyst, I can tell for sure that EVENTUALLY this stuff will gonna be remade into proper shape anyway.
But not earlier than in two months.
Because changes that dramatic need to either accumulate equally dramatic size of feedback - or to finally have a moment of respite from more pressing concerns.

After few days of quiet internal boiling and sulking over other nuances which would need some spit polish from same cistern, I've decided to start a new playthrough AND to write a sort of reminder on all these nuances: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/novice-qm-helper
The game is growing clusters of such nuances which are undocumented "because everyone knows it already".
I don't like this - but I can fix this for myself at the very least.

For this specific bug, though, I'll have to look for appropriate UI definitions tomorrow, so expect 0.0.2 soon enough!
