[1.1.109] Inserter tooltip reports incorrect hand stack size

To reproduce:
1. Give the player force and the enemy force different inserter stack size bonuses (but greater than 0, since +0 doesn't show).
2. Place an inserter under the enemy force.
3. As a member of the player force, see that the tooltip of the enemy inserter reports your force's bonus.

Expected behavior:
The reported amount is not incorrect. That is, it is either correct or not reported.

This should be the correct expected behavior, seems knowing their stack bonus size gives you insight to their tech level.

Imho, this is right.
Its a tooltip, not a spytip.
It shows you what you'd get, if you were to build that entity for your force.

That is just not true.
You can still see the content of chests, inserters' hands, belts as well as recipes of other forces, the list probably goes on. And you don't get any of this if you build it yourself (you get the recipe if copying but certainly no items).
And since the inserter bonus is the only thing I tested that was not corresponding to the entity itself, I would rather change the reported detail than the entirety of what the tooltip should display.

Thanks for the report however I'm going to say this is not a bug and move it as such.
