[2.0.24] personal bots don't deliver bots?

They can deliver the repair packs, but not the construction bots to the hacky roboport? Is it something with having different quality bots in the inventory?

The post linked by robot256 suggests that this is indeed intended behavior. I don't see the need to provide my save file anymore. NaB for now.
