[2.0.20] "My modules are legendary" achievement for crafting legendary module level 1

I got this achievement for crafting legendary quality module level 1.

Per achievement description it should be awarded for quality module level 3.
"Craft a legendary quality module 3".

Legendary quality module level 1 was crafted in assembler machine making uncommon quality module 1 with quality modules inserted.

Story:
Shortly after upgrading to 2.0.20 and shortly after discovery of legendary qualities (both 2024-11-19), I was awarded this achievement. I rush for looking for my first legendary quality module 3, to only find pity legendary quality module 1. So I loaded autosave from 6 minutes before, and checked that I haven't this legendary QM1 yet (but achievement was already awarded so I couldn't test what exactly was triggering it). To be sure I put requestors for requesting legendary QM3 and none in logistic network were found. I am making QM3 on two surfaces (nauvis and fulgora).
There is a slight chance that I messed something, and this module magically goes to recycler or was eaten by bitter, but my possibilities of testing it now are limited - as because of messing with saves my autosaves are overwritten and I have only one recent save already after receiving this achievement.
I hope that in development environment it can be easily tested.

In places where one mystery is solved, another mystery appears.

I looked at this save file and there are 3 legendary quality modules 3 available, they are all inside of the results inventory of an electromagnetic plant on fulgora, at [gps=86,1038,fulgora]. This machine was quite likely to create those modules since it takes epic ingredients and has epic quality modules 3 in the machine. This makes this a Not a bug.

A mystery is why are those items removed from results inventory when loading a save file in prototypes changed mode.
