[2.0.15] Electrolyte cannot be built by parameterized blueprint

I've created several parameterized blueprints for utility assemblers.
The product to produce is parameter 0 and I have a blueprint with an assembly machine and a electromagnetic assembler.

First of all: the product selection popup for parameter 0 ignores which machine it is a recipe for, so you get a bunch of stuff you cannot successfully select.
Secondly: The Electrolyte recipe is missing entirely in this list, so I cannot choose it for my electromagnetic assembler blueprint.

You don't see it because you've put the 0 parameter as a filter on the storage chest, and you can't set electrolyte as the chest filter.
