This report is about the splitter in the attached save file (replay included) on coordinates 144,356
1.Build a Splitter with ore inputs and outputs with priority input and output. The Splitter get's enough ore to fill both sides of a Belt.
2.The priority output belt got occasional gaps coinciding wiht the priority input belt having gaps
3.I expected the priority output belt to be full if the low priority input backsup.
4.In this save and setup it happens about 2-3 times a minute.

It always happens when the center belt items on the lower lane have to compensate a gap in the upper belts lower lane because of the unnecessary output priority and since the lower belt has only a single lane it cannot fill a less than half full red belt lane. Remove the output priority and the issue disappears unless gaps on all three coincide.
