Bug when quit game on Mac

Hello,

I’m playing on Mac (late-2014). The game works perfectly but since the beginning when I leave the game and go back to desk with steam, the synchronization never ends, the name of the game is in blue (like if it was waiting for update or was launch) and steam is stuck (broken) so I had to force-quit (command+shift+Q)
After I just decided to quit steam (command+Q) without waiting for sync so steam open a window (finishing sync) and shut with no bug.
I’ll be glad to fix this.

Moreover, it’s not a second bug but the continuing of the first. When I open steam, the game is already in blue (without update needed) and when I click on play it won’t launch. So I had to cancel, to check the game integrity (directly on steam) taking 2 minutes then the game is working.
But I’ll have the bug when I’ll leave it...

What can I do or expect ?

Steam cloud synchronization is a feature of the Steam Client, we don't have control over it.
It is not our bug.

You can try to reinstall Steam Client, or reach out to Steam support.

A similar thing has happened to me before. In my case, I found that the problem started when I got my first large (~300MB) save file (it was a Space Exploration playthrough). Ever since then, it takes Steam forever to synchronize saves.

My solution has been to turn off cloud saves. I periodically re-enable it as a kind of "semi-manual backup", but since I play exclusively on one computer, the synchronization just isn't worth the massive time Steam takes.

The game will be saved directly in game while saving ?
