0.13 MP Connect-then-immediate-desync-disconnect problems

my friend and i have played 70+ hours of 0.12.x factorio and we decided to start a new map with 0.13 i generated new map in the experimental beta (0.13.9). We play with probably ~20 mods if not more, but this time whenever we try connecting, no matter if we do it directly through factorio or a 3rd part host like hamachi or evolve, when either of us try to connect to the other, we'll connect for like a millisecond then disconnect from "Desync!" and tries to connect again, it loads, then disconnects, indefinetly. halp plz?
if you need a list of our used mods for compatability reasons or so on, i can produce such a thing on demand.
Also if you need like screenshots or video footage, this happens without fail every time we try it over internet of lan.

Please update to the latest version and if it still happens upload the desync-report and post the log.
Edit: And upload the mod-folder.

well we only tried in 0.13.7, we've not tried 0.13.9 yet. i will upload the mod folder shortly, thought it is pretty large. Also how exactly does one get the desync report? is it like a file? or should i just post screenshot of it?

There is a chance that the issue is already fixed, you would need to update to the latest version (13.11) to make sure its worth investigating.

I'm going to need all of your mods as well.

Any modded save file without the mods is pretty much worthless as a bug report.

also when i check for betas the latest ones are 0.13.9, experimental, and 0,12.35, but the latest news is Version 0.13.11 is this a problem?
