I know "Reset Zoom Level" is considered a debug command, but I use it frequently because I often want to zoom out, look around, and then return to 100% zoom level. Anyway, I happened to do this just before triggering a cutscene in the new campaign and it caused the zoom level to "vibrate" jarringly, as presumably the cutscene was trying to zoom out while the reset command was still trying to zoom in.
Expected result would be for the reset command to notice a cutscene had started and quit messing with the zoom.

This will be fixed, but not before 0.17 stable.
