I propose the following methods:
  • network_id read for LuaLogisticNetwork
  • get_logistic_network_by_id or similar (for LuaGameScript?)
  • get_circuit_network_by_id or similar (for LuaGameScript?)

Logistic networks don't have an ID so there's nothing to expose in the Lua API.
