Make bounding box for draw_text available.

It is often difficult to find a text color that is clear when drawn over a variety of entities and busy surfaces.
The text's box would allow make it easy to draw a variety of shapes behind it, and, unlike adding a "background" property, would allow additional information to be encoded by color and shape of background.
