Doesn't appear to expose the new train schedule conditions like depart-when-full. I hope this is an oversight. If not, consider this a pre-emptive request for that information.

Yeah the docs are just wrong. There's full read/write to the schedule conditions and all.

Right, docs will be fixed in the actual release.
