Certain machines do not get activated after research

I am playing the full PyMod Suite, but without AL.

I have reached all science but military, but some machines are stuck on level 01.

Cadaveric Arum Greenhouse
Moondrop Greenhouse

Xihiphoe Pool
Gene Lab
Kmaut Enclosure

Fawogoe Plantation
Ralesia Plantation


Some Buildings seem not to have higher tiers, but are not as fast and have not enough modslots as the "endgame buildings" like e.g. the sintering plant.

Mukmoux Pasture
Ulric Corral
Kicalk Plantation
Zipir Artificial Reef
Auog Paddock


It starts to become an issue when the MK01 machines cannot keep up feeding the MK04 machines.
Speedmodules enhance the problem.
Making 8x more of the MK01 machines does not seem to be a good solution.


When the Glassworks was added it was uncraftable as well.
It was possible however to use the following commands to unlock it:
/c game.player.force.technologies['machines-mk01'].researched=false; game.player.force.set_saved_technology_progress('machines-mk01', 0)
/c game.player.force.technologies['machines-mk01'].researched=true


Is there maybe another command to unlock the above buildings?
Would it be possible to add high tier machines to some of the "non endgame buildings" buildings?

mk levels of farms and organic based buildings are only unlocked with pyAL.

Thanks for the explanation.

It would be great, if these machines were also available for "non AL" gameplays.
I am reaching endgame and it is a bit disappointing that the upgrades are stuck and therefore killing the throughput of the factory.

The suite seems very well balanced otherwise - not sure how you accomplished this gigantic task.
Fusion and MK04 Particle accelerators with full speed mods are a joy.
So is the possibility to reduce the footprint as the MK04 versions are so much faster.

If AL is a magnitude harder than the "vanilla" PyAnodon - omg.
