Handcrafting kind of broke

So, it seems that after the latest update (0.17.58) I can't handcraft things like iron gears, therefore no more small parts at all. Assemblers are ok, the factory is running wild, but if I need something on the spot I am doomed.
I got the log of the game backed up and archived together with these screenshots.
