[MOD 0.17.x] pY Coal Processing

Description:
- Add several processes to break and improve coal to make it more valuable and useful in game.
Add more than 30 new buildings, 100+recipes and ingredients.
Not compatible Bob´s mods.
Adjusted some vanilla recipes to be compatible with this mod.
