Can LTN specify trains with number of locomotives for each station?

So I am asking because some of my stations have loops while other stations are single ended. So for single ended stations I need trains with double Ls on both ends, and for loop stations it will be fine with both.
I only see the LTN signal for total train length. Is it possible to specify the type of locomotives in a train so that one headed trains are not sent to single ended stations?
