[1.14.2] Trains stall at stations indefinitely

I loaded the demo map and set up a simple loop to try and get the basics of LTN down and it correctly schedules the delivery but does not move the train from the depot and eventually times out. If I manually progress the train to the next stop it will perform the duty there but not leave that stop and so on. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I've attached the save file.

edit: it's because the map setting "Schedule circuit conditions" is enabled by default on the demonstration map and I didn't realize it. I'll leave this up for anyone else who makes my mistake
