Not delivering - need help

I have recently loaded LTN and am in the process of updating all my stops. I have converted over (and have working) my copper, but when I have attempted others I am having issues. I think everything is correct for my plastic, but it is not creating a route for it.

I'm just not sure where to look anymore for a fix, I've spent about 1 1/2 hours watching videos and reading these boards trying to fix it. Note, these stations use the blueprints of Optera in the hopes that things are easier to get going from a newb user.

If the OP installs the LTN GUI, it'll show what is requested (red) and provided (green) at each station. This is an easy way to check what LTN sees as the state of the system, and hopefully will help them with the next round of problems.
