Stop timeout seems broken?

I tried using the Stop timeout (ticks) mod option to force my trains to leave after a while if they get stuck in an invalid state (for example due to stack splitting in a full delivery). I set it to 18000 ticks. The actual schedules on trains got edited to have "OR 0s passed", which is obviously not right. What went wrong? This is in version 1.10.11 on Factorio 0.17.45.

Update to LTN 1.10.11.

It fixed a bug with stop timeouts not being applied during runtime.

I see the issue now, I had 1.10.10 and 1.10.11 both installed for some reason and I didn't switch over to 1.10.11 in the "active version" box (which I guess is a new part of the core game?) Anyway, thanks.
