Destroyed LTN-stop does not reconnect wires
Just cause I had it yesterday: If a complete station is destroyed, then the wires are not reconnected, when the stop was build. You need to reconnect them by hand. That is true for all three involved entities: The station itself, the lamp and the constant combinator.
Cool suggestion: Eatable MOUSE-pointers.

All script placed entities are set to be indestructible for this reason.
If you tell me how to fix this without storing connection info for each stop in the mod i'll gladly fix this.
Otherwise I consider this an engine limitation for script placed entities.

Interesting. In my case (outpost overrun by a swarm of hundreds of biters) the LTN was also destructed. It took me three hours to fight back (Rampant mod).
But when I think about it: due to the pure blood everywhere I cannot be 100% sure anymore, if the stop was really intact or not.
