What's the purpose of 0-9 and A-V signals on demo map?

What's the purpose of 0-9 and A-V signals on demo map?

I'm trying to look at the demo map and figure out how to use this mod, but those signals are throwing me off. They have insanely huge values and i dont understand their purpose.

*edit* just noticed the signals go from 1-9 and A-V

Those are for decoding encoded positions.
