Feature Request: Requestor Priority

Background:
----------------
The Provider Priority is highly useful to control what stations gets offloaded first.
The same cannot be reliably controlled in the Requestor scenario.
Example:
-------------
You have a factory producing some waste material that needs to be handled and you have some stations in place to do so.
In some peek stress scenarios the above mentioned factory produce more waste than can be handled by you stations normally, so you have that waste go to a station that just "Voids" (deletes) the material (in my case it is fluids and the fluid void from angels mod).
The problem now is that the stations that has the fluid void will be supplied in the same manor as the stations that would normally handle the waste and transform it into something usefull again.
The problem could be solved if the LTN mod introduced a filter on the station that could be called "Requestor Priority" that would act like "Provider Priority" and control who gets supplied first in the case where both stations are demanding a delivery.
Tnx.
