How to change stop timeout?

In this post, the creator says that you can change the 2 minute stop timeout: viewtopic.php?f=214&t=53822#p315876

However I dont see any option or signal to change it. Where can I find it?

on github i found code with time settings. But i can't to use it. How to change this settings? Can someone?

Look at options -> mods -> LTN
