[1.1.30] Desync when joining multiplayer game

When joining a multiplayer game the game desyncs before I am put into the game. This happened when joining the 'ExpGaming - S1 Public' server.
Steps to reproduce:
Start game fresh with no mods
join the 'ExpGaming - S1 Public' server from the browser
desync
Three desync reports:
