[1.1.30] Desync MP Space Exploration + Nixie Tubes

Mods used:
nixie-tubes 1.1.2
space-exploration 0.5.39
space-exploration 0.5.11
space-exploration-hr-graphics 0.5.1
and dependencies thereof (like informatron and jetpack).
none of the recommended mods (Grappling Gun, AAI Containers & Warehouses, Walls Block Spitters, Bullet Trails, ModuleInserter, Equipment Gantry) are installed
The game fairly large (~140 MB). We just reached the first deep space science and have some space ships flying around.
The desync happened with just 1 player online and doing nothing in particular. Standing abord a spaceship and dragging the mouse over some green chests.
The server was in the local LAN, connected via wired ethernet. Server was a dedicated PC running Arch Linux.
Another player also has desynced the night before. He desynced while browsing the interstellar map (he might have had a star system open, not sure).
